The Philippine Overseas Labor Office-Osaka headed by Labor Attaché Elizabeth Marie R. Estrada together with the POLO-OWWA Osaka personnel conducted its first company visit to TATSUMI Co., Ltd. located at Tarumi-cho, Suita City, Osaka, Japan on 18 February 2020
The team observed the whole manufacturing operation of TATSUMI from food preparation to packaging of their products. The team likewise checked on the condition of the six (6) Filipino Technical Intern Trainees employed by the company.
Labor Attaché Estrada also conducted briefing on the Do’s and Don’ts in working in Japan and reminded our Filipino workers on their purpose of working abroad and to never forget their original goal.
The group also inspected the accommodation of the six (6) Filipino workers. The accommodation passed the inspection of the team.
